We specialize in both land development and facility management services. This includes land use analysis, land use approval coordination with governmental agencies, utility, drainage and roadway design, project management from inception to construction as well as budget preparation and estimating.
Our facility management services provide interior and exterior preventative maintenance and upkeep, year round grounds maintenance and landscaping, coordination with all sub-contractors on tenant finishes, as well as mechanical and electrical systems maintenance and support.
This is just a quick letter to say thank you for all your help, hard work, and persistence in getting us in our/your new building. We know we ran into a few obstacles - AC, roof leaks, sewer and normal stuff... But we madeit! Once again you have proven to be Hecker family and Backyard Staycation's staff why we always call the Koetters when we need space of any kind.
