The Koetter Group, a Southern Indiana Business including Koetter Construction,
Koetter Real Estate, Koetter Building Services, and K-RAX Premium Spirits Storage
Systems continues to grow and promote its leadership team. Todd Magner started
at Koetter Construction in 1987 as sales estimator, then promoted to Sales
Manager where he led the sales team for more than 20 years. In 2022 Todd was
named President of Koetter Construction, and now is transitioning to Director of
Client Relations where he will continue to build on existing client relationships and
cultivate new relations for the entire Koetter Group.
“Todd has been a key component and has been very instrumental over his lifetime
here at Koetter.” (Said Bob Koetter Jr., CEO of The Koetter Group) Bob also said this
is especially true when it was time for him to name the groups first non-family
President of Koetter Construction that previously only he, Koetter Jr., and his father
Bob Koetter Sr. have held since 1954.
“Todd is a very smart guy and is very knowledgeable about design, engineering, and
everything construction. Most importantly he is a guy that everyone loves and
respects and I knew that he would be the perfect person to help guide us through
that transition.” (Said Bob Koetter Jr.) “We have a lot of long-term employees, and
they only knew the company with a Koetter at the helm, so it was crucial that we
have someone that they knew and respected and that fit our culture.”
Bob Koetter Jr. says he is excited to announce Todds’ new role as Director of Client
Relations for the Koetter Group. You cannot teach what Todd has, so we are excited
to have him continue his time here at The Koetter Group as he transitions more
time for himself and his family.
In January of this year, The Koetter Group started a search for a President to
replace Todd. “We are very excited to announce Oliver Roe as President of Koetter
Construction. We had several good candidates, but Oliver checked all the boxes.”
Oliver started his career with his family’s construction company in Cincinnati Ohio,
then moved to Louisville and worked 2 years for a local construction firm. The last 3
years Oliver worked with JLL in project and development services.
“Olivers’ strengths are, of course, experience in construction but also his
understanding of Family Business. Oliver and his wife believe in and contribute
their time to community service which is one of the Koetter core values. Most
important, is that I know Oliver will fit perfectly into the Koetter culture and
continue to build on what was started 70 years ago.” Said Bob Koetter Jr.
